Step2 CS Course Enrollment Terms and Conditions

Students enrolling in Kaplan’s Step2 CS Course options will be subject to new terms and conditions for their enrollment. This change is to help Kaplan avoid changing start dates at the last minute resulting in lengthy waiting lists for the course for students desiring these classes. Effective immediately, students will be subject to the following cancellation policy:

• You must pay your tuition in full at least 28 days prior the start date of your program to continue to hold your seat in that program. If we do not receive a timely payment, your seat will no longer be reserved and cannot be guaranteed.
• If you have not paid in full by this date you will be removed from the program if a waitlist exists and your name will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list for that program.
• An administrative fee^(See 1) of $500 will be imposed if you request a date or location change, or if you cancel your enrollment fewer than 28 days prior to the program start date.
• There is no administrative fee or penalty if you change your enrollment to an earlier program date.

(See 1) There is no administrative fee or penalty for a student switching to a program with an earlier start date than the program the student selected previously. This policy is effective as of 10/15/2007.

Kaplan will provide each enrollment with a student letter outlining these terms and conditions.
